Is the solution a piece of rope with Saddam hanging from it?

Are we prepared to see Saddam Hussein hang ? Is the world prepared to have the blood of a martyr on its hands?
After the decision brought by a US (cough**) Iraqy court to subject Saddam to death, is the world safe? Or could the leader be honoured and admired , rather than being looked at as the muderer he certainly was.
Dying in Saddam's eyes must surely mean he is dying in the name of Islam, meaning that he will die a Matyr to millions of Muslims.
While George Bush attempts to boost his browny points and regain congress, by coming to a conclusion about Sadamm weeks before the members of congress are re-elected. Failing miserably may I note!


Is the decision to hang Saddam one that could have terrible results, resulting in somekind of backlash? Or is it a decision that should of and had to be made?
